Welcome to our freshly crafted love letter, Holding Space.

We chose that name with intention and care. As we thought about who we are, what we do, and what you, our beautiful audience, need, it became clear that what we all need is someone to hold space for us.

You have probably been taught to believe that you need someone to fix your problems, to give answers for your questions, or to tell you what to do. More often than not, though, what you really need is to be seen, heard, and known. That is the essence of holding space.

Spiritual direction, the ancient spiritual practice that guides everything we do, understands that. It exists to hold space for you on your journey of faith.

So we, as certified spiritual directors, are here to hold space - for your big feelings, big questions, big doubts. We are here to hold space for all that is you.
